Tough Topics in the FQHC: Foot and Wound Care, Nursing Interventions

In this session, we’ll explore incident-to rules related to necessary documentation by both the supervising clinician and the nursing staff who performs requested services. We will consider which services may be billed under the supervising clinician’s identifier vs. which services belong on the cost report for the FQHC.
