Proposed ICD-10-CM Changes

April 9^th is the deadline for public comments.  The committee will meet again in September. 

Here are a few highlights of the requested changes: 

Endometriosis – expand category N80

New codes for “Encounter for PPD test reading”

Pediatric-to-Adult Transition Counseling

New codes for ‘flank’ anatomy, e.g., flank pain

Post COVID-19 Condition

SDoH will expand with better specificity
