Healthy People 2030 has a target of 11.6% for this measure. As of 2020 UDS reporting, FQHCs reported 35.60%. This does not mean we’re doing three times better than overall national measurements, as a lower score is desired. We clearly have a long way to go to meet the Healthy People 2030 goal. In 2022, greater clarification has been provided on exclusions and, as with many of these measures, we also see alignment between many of these conditions and many conditions that risk adjust. We’ll dig into coding for test results, some diabetes coding, and a little risk adjustment comparison.
